Matthew is an ambitious self-starter who thrives on bettering himself, others, and the local community. He is the founder of Smokin Thighs, LLC, and focuses primarily on smoked and grilled poultry products without using a fryer.
After graduating with a recording engineering degree in 2002, Matthew took a turn in his career path by working in sales for the local Nashville manufacturing industry. Though he enjoyed his job and fellow co-workers, his friends and family that continually complimented him on his ability to make some great grilled food in any kitchen. Matthew has had great success in the past and uses that momentum with Smokin Thighs LLC, Full Time.
Matthew has lived in Nashville over 1/3 of his life, and currently lives in South Nashville. When he isn’t at the smoker and grill, you can catch him boating on Nashville’s Percy Priest Lake or helping plan one of the next events in Nashville that will surely be the talk amongst friends.
Korry will make you feel at home when you visit Smokin Thighs by making sure you get the order and service the way you want it. He may be from California but running a tight ship is his focus and prided joy!

Landon comes from an extensive background in the restaurant industry focusing on great customer service and attention to detail to make your experience a remembered one. He has lived in the Nashville are for over 10 years and keeps the Smokin Thighs team focused and happy to serve.
Landon’s additional daily focus is on our Catering program and the details of making your event come off smooth and easy. With a few details about your event he’ll help you with every wish and need. We call him the catering GURU at Smokin Thighs!
We are looking for a mild mannered cool, calm and collected individual that is focused on putting out great food! This employee should bring with them a vast amount of culinary knowledge. We prefer someone that has lived in Nashville, TN with a willingness to get to know the community.
